Rents Direct believes in the importance of a professional framework for property industry. To that end the future licensing of agents is crucial. We are committed to providing a professional service, to supporting our staff in continuing professional development and in membership to nationally recognised professional bodies all of which have robust codes of practice to which we subscribe. We are members of the following professional associations:

• The National Association of Estate Agents is the major professional association for both sales and letting agents.
• The National Approved Lettings Scheme. This is a market leader for licensed agents. NALS agents are required to have professional indemnity insurance, client money protection insurance and abide by a strict code of conduct.
• The National Landlords Association. An important, influential voice in the property market. Keeping professional landlords up to date with the latest developments, legislation & market trends.
• This association acts as an arbitrator for any complaints from the public.
• The Association of Residential Lettings Agents. ARLA and the NAEA merged in 2009 .
• TDS - Westwick is a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and all tenant deposits are held by us as prescribed by the Housing Act.
